Delete Account

If you wish to permanently delete your RapidLoad account, follow these steps:

1. Contact Support Service.

2. Submit a request to delete your account.

3. Complete the verification steps provided by our support team to securely finalize the process.

Once your account is deleted, all personal information will be removed from our database, and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you purchase RapidLoad again using the same email address, a new account will be created without any issues.
